1. Information we collect
We collect account information (such as email address), profile details you choose to provide (such as birth details for astrology consultations), and booking history necessary to operate the Platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, process consultation bookings, show your bookings to the astrologer you booked with, and communicate booking-related updates to you.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security so that only you (and, where relevant, the astrologer you booked with or an authorized administrator) can access your records. We use cloud service providers including Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay, Resend and Meta/WhatsApp where required to operate the Platform.
4. Payment information
If online payments are enabled, payment processing is handled by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Astronalanda does not store your full card or payment credentials on its own servers.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited booking details are shared only with the astrologer you book a consultation with, and only for the purpose of fulfilling that consultation.
6. Your choices
You may update your profile information at any time from your profile page. To request account deletion, contact us via the Contact page.
7. YouTube API Services
Astronalanda uses YouTube API Services for authorized YouTube publishing functions. When a YouTube account is connected, the integration uses Google authorization credentials only to perform actions the authorized user requests, such as uploading and managing video content. Astronalanda does not sell data obtained through YouTube API Services.
Use of these features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Where appropriate, we will also notify registered users through the Platform or their registered contact details.
